Cooking Classes
at The Prairie Table

Classes are limited to 20 participants. Classes can be either demonstration or hands-on participation, or both. A waiver must be signed for participation in hands-on cooking.

All classes begin at 7:00 pm unless noted.

Classes require advanced registration and full payment at the time of registration. You may cancel up to 5 days prior to a class to receive a full refund.

Tuesday, May 13	Sushi For Beginners	Johnny Kohls, Prairie Table Staff	$29.99	Johnny will start from the beginning.  He will show you how to prepare rice, how to make rolls, nigiri, and temaki.  This class is hands-on and has limited availability, so sign up quick!
Wednesday, May 14	Wine Cocktails…Not Just Bellini's!	Morgan Weiss, Prairie Table Sommelier	$24.99	Learn how to make delightful cocktails using red's, whites and of course sparkling's.
Thursday, May 22	Japanese	David Horsfield, Chef Instructor at KCC	$29.99	Menu still in development
Tuesday, May 27	Chilled Spring Soups	Katherine Habley	$24.99	Katherine will show you how to prepare delicious cold soups like; Cold Cucumber Soup with Fresh Mint, Cream of Asparagus Soup, Vichyssoise, and Chilled Strawberry Soup.  Ditch those hot soups this summer and try one of these yummy cool concoctions.
Wednesday, May 28	Wine and Cheese Pairing	Morgan Weiss, Prairie Table Sommelier; and Robert Fromm Prairie Table Chef	$29.99	We will once again be doing this classic pairing, and again, we will be bringing in new delicious items.  So, if you've tried it once(or even twice), come and try it again.  Everything will be brand spankin' new.
